9-bedroom Villa By Disney World

Amazing unique property in Encore Resort, 10 miles away from Disney World. The Neighborhood is 24 hour security. 2 gate access. We're not allow access to Encore Resorts in their amenities, Our Management company as access to Reunion Resorts amenities access ( 3 mins away from our property ) includes : Water Park, Lazy river, 500 acres of golf courses, miniature golfing, Tennis, 5 different location of parks for children.

The entire property is accessible for our guest.

Guest has access to all Reunion Resort amenities booking with us, We're not allowed access to Encore amenities.

Very Social with my clients to have them experience their stay as much as possible.

Great Stay

Amazing family vacation

My husband and I comfortably had our four children, their spouses and our three grandchildren in this 9 bedroom villa. Beautiful pool in the back. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Great vacation. Can't wait to go back!!!

Very Good Stay

This property worked very well for our group. We have been spending a month in Orlando and renting a house every year for several years, and this property was our best experience of all. We hope to be able to rent it again next year, that's how much we enjoyed it.

Terrible experience please avoid this property

This was by far the worst Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading — only one room had a queen and king bed in one room , while the other 8 rooms had worn-out twin or full beds. The showers had no hot water, which caused two kids and an adult to get sick. We couldn’t even take the kids to the water park as planned.The host was unresponsive until we contacted Vrbo, and even then, he acted irritated and didn’t fix anything. Vrbo told us they couldn’t help because the host uses a separate booking system. We also submitted names for water park access, but he never updated the resort, so we were denied entry.The kitchen sink backed up with old grease, the AC didn’t work, the beds were rock hard, and the carpet was so dirty some kids got bug bites. Several family members left early due to the poor conditions. We couldn’t event wash and dry our clothes because the washer and dryer didn’t work. It was a very sad stay and we didn’t deserve this treatment . Most disturbing — the front door would unlock and lock on its own whenever we arrived, which made us feel like we were being watched. The host never apologized, showed no concern, and has ignored every message even after our stay ended.Do not stay here. This property was a disaster and completely ruined our vacation. We understood not responding on the 4th but after that we needed our issue resolved.

Spacious and great for families

We stayed here with our grown children and their families. We went to Disney which was a short drive away. The kids enjoyed picking their rooms. Plenty of king and queen beds and bunk bed. The beds were comfortable and rooms had large screen tvs. Everyone slept well. We jumped into the pool and played music on the outdoor tv. We played cards around the large dining table and drank margaritas. Bring extra beach and bathing towels. They do have a washing machine and dryer. The host was easy to work with and responsive. I would stay here again.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, and huge you don’t even realize how big it is until you’re inside. Perfect for everyone we had there including friends and family! The backyard and pool area is perfect, the pool heat didn’t seem to be working so the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. There could have been more things such as more towels, more kitchen appliances (cookware, bowls for cooking, oven mits). Besides a small few minor improvements we were very happy, would stay again but would bring more stuff we figured the house would have.

Beautiful House

Trying to get into the neighborhood is a challenge. Had to call the guard about 15 times. But other than that the house is beautiful alot of space for my family. I do recommend this property

Great house. Issues with communication and pests

The place is perfectly situated. Great layout and very comfortable. Issue was with the TV’s, Wifi, and termites. The TV operates off of the wifi and it was down. Spoke with the neighbors and theirs was working. Reached out to the property manager. At first was attentive. Reached out to inform him that it still wasn’t working and never heard back. They also appear to have an issue with termites in the master bathroom window sill. Would recommend the house regardless. I guess it was our bad luck.

Nice house

House was just like it advertised. It needed a few accessories that a regular rental didn’t have. No pool towels, it needed extra bath towels, it needs more kitchen necessities such as cooking bowls, cups for kids, etc. It needs a game room. There ants and a few water bugs in the kitchen. Overall, we would stay again if some of the issues were taken care of.

Lovely Rental

Property exactly as shown. Bedrooms are huge. Bathrooms plentiful. Very comfortable for large family. We had 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone had a great time. Great layout. Would without hesitation rent again.

Perfect for large groups

Property is amazing and they have everything updated. There is a 80 inch tv in 5 of the rooms which is unheard of. Great communication as well.

This property is such an amazing property for many things, Let me start off it's in Encore Resorts, a beautiful such family and pet friendly resort with a beautiful water park, lazy river and a huge miniature golf course. The Property is 10 miles away fro Disney World Epcot park for a quick arrive with a big party to enjoy.
The Events you can have here with the 10 yard grass behind the pool with the 70 in TV would have a nice event with music and heated pool.
