Sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 1.Reihe an der Strandpromenade,ist erstklassig ausgestattet und ist einsehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Gebiet um den Lago Maggiore.

Direkt am See, leider mit einigen Mängeln.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See und man hat einen schönen Blick von der Terrasse. Leider gibt es aber auch einige Mängel: Das Bad war leider sehr schmutzig und wurde von uns zunächst einmal gereinigt. Die Agentur hatte zwar angeboten, eine Putzfrau zu schicken. Das war uns aber zu umständlich. Morgens um 06.45h beginnt meistens der Betrieb des Cafes, welches sich auf der anderen Seite der Schlafzimmerwand befindet. Die lauten Geräusche haben uns leider immer geweckt. Der Ort liegt in einer Bucht, an der seitlich direkt die Hauptstraße entlang läuft. Hier wäre es schön, wenn man mal über Schallschutzmaßnahmen nachdenken würde. Dies würde den eigentlich schönen Charme des Ortes deutlich aufwerten.

Casa Domenica

Perfect gelegen vakantiehuis direct aan het Lago Maggiore. Het huis heeft een heel leuk en ruim terras. De woning staat in Feriolo, een paar kilometer van Baveno. Van hieruit uit kun je mooie uitstapjes maken.
