Come and discover our 77 m² single-storey house ideally located in Vert Bois, 800 meters from the most beautiful beach on the island and on the edge of the cycle paths.
Shops 5 minutes away.
Enclosed garden of 200 m².
A space to park a car is included in front of the house.
This is a new acquisition renovated in May 2024 including a kitchen and its new equipment: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Renovated bathroom with shower and new washing machine.
2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and a second with 2 90 cm children's beds.
A lounge area with sofa bed (for an additional occasional bed) and satellite TV + Free TV and free wifi.
A dedicated dining area with opening onto the garden via a bay window (note a separate step the kitchen dining area)
An 11 m² tiled terrace equipped with a table and 6 garden chairs and a fixed barbecue. A 20 m² wooden terrace is added to the set with garden furniture with a parasol.
Pets are not allowed. The accommodations are non-smoking.
The house has just obtained its Official Classification of 3-star 🌟 🌟 🌟 Furnished Tourist Accommodation
Available for rent from Sunday to Sunday (the access bridge to the island of Oléron is difficult to access on Saturdays in high season, traffic jams are discouraging!!) for 1 week or more.

Maison parfaitement située (piste cyclable, plages, villages à proximité), environnement calme (petite rue en sens unique en saison estivale) et très agréable. Maison très bien équipée, belle surface, belles terrasses. Décoration locale qui vous transporte en vacances immédiatement, lits confortables. Un accueil et un départ parfaitement gérés et sympathique. Un coup de cœur pour le logement et l'île d'Oléron.
