Charming house with swimming pool for 8 people in a quiet location between Aix en Provence and the Luberon

Welcome to our charming house,
Ideally located between Aix en Provence (20 km) and the Luberon (15 km) and 1.5 km from the village of Rognes.A very quiet place on wooded land of 4000 m2 with swimming pool without nuisance to fully enjoy your holidays.

the house of 180 m2 consists of:
on the first floor: - 1 entrance with cloakroom and separate toilet (+ sink).
- 1 large bedroom (20 m2) with double bed (160) and private bathroom (Italian shower) and
glass door opening onto patio.
- 1 large living space with living room + dining room (cathedral height) of 50 m2
and fully equipped open kitchen with central island, bathed in light of 25 m2 + pantry,
large sliding bay window on the south side opening onto the terrace (60 m2) with dining area
in the shade (2 shady sails about 30 m2), glass door on the west side opening onto patio
with shaded dining table + bbq and plancha.
-1 guest area with small corridor leading to 1 separate toilet and 2 bedrooms of 14m2
each with 1 glass door opening onto the garden and private shower rooms and double beds (1 of 160 and another of 140).

upstairs: - 1 mezzanine with office.
- 4th bedroom (13 m2) with 1 pull-out bed (2 mattresses of 90) and 1 BB bed

Please note that each room has a mosquito net for the glass doors with
shutters and silent mobile fan!! to keep the coolness ...

Outside: - private parking for 5 cars and more ...
-pool house with shower and toilet and relaxation area
- swimming pool ( 10 x 5 ) very sunny with terrace, sun loungers, parasol and corner
shade. secure area surrounded by Beethoven type barrier.
-garden 4000m2 (pines, oaks and olive trees).
Surroundings and Leisure
:- village centre at 1.5 km with all the necessary shops (including tobacconist-press and exceptional bakery), bank, medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.....
- wine and forest area ideal for walks or cycling.
- many villages nearby including those of the Luberon (Lourmarin, Cucuron, Ansouis)
for visits and Provençal markets and gastronomy.
- golf courses 1/2 hour away: Pont Royal, Aix and others.
- music festivals Aix, La Roque d'Antheron, Avignon.....
- children's leisure activities: zoo and castle of La Barden, automaton village in St Cannat
and other leisure parks nearby.
- the Sainte Victoire mountain, the Alpilles, the Mont Ventoux, etc....
