Modern bungalow in holiday resort

Recently renovated (2017), modern and located in a quiet area, with two bedrooms, bathroom, open living-dining room, open-plan kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea, located in a 4 star resort near Puerto de la Cruz..

The Bungalow is fully equipped, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, heating (living room, bathroom and terrace) and awning.
Final cleaning is a fix rate of 50 EUR and is not included in the daily rate.

The hotel complex consists of a heated outdoor swimming pool and a hammock area that can be used free of charge. For a fee you can use all hotel facilities (gym / squash / tennis / play area / SPA). In the area of the restaurant you can enjoy daily entertainment at night (live music, shows, dancing, etc), without any acoustic hassle in the bungalow.

Right next to the hotel there is a small supermarket (for the most important things - open every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and a restaurant open all day (Bodeguita Álvarez - open from 9 to 24 hours). You can reach the supermarket "Lidl" and the center of Santa Úrsula in 2 minutes (by car) or even walking (approx 1 km).

All the tourist destinations you can arrive relatively fast, thanks to the proximity to the motorway – without noise disturbance (approximately 500 m above the hotel complex - exit "29" - Santa Úrsula La Quinta).
