Wilton Manors is one of the most beautiful and fun areas of Greater Ft. Lauderdale. Staying in this property will allow you to quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues on the world-famous Wilton Drive, and beaches like Sebastian are just 5 miles away. Whether you’re coming for a sunny beach vacation, our fabulous nightlife, down-time before/after a cruise, or simply working remotely, this PREMIUM location has everything you will need within a couple miles.

THE SPACE:
This property accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combo, and a sliding door that leads directly to the backyard and pool area. Hair dryer available.
- Two spare bedrooms, each one with 1 full bed, which share a bathroom located in the hall with a tub-shower combo. Hair dryer available.
- Bath/pool/beach towels, shampoo and soap are provided, as well as a starter set of toilet paper rolls. For longer stays, you will need to purchase any additional toiletries you need.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, utensils, etc. The kitchen area also includes washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
- The living room features a recliner, a sofa, and a 43” LED TV with Netflix and SlingTV, as well as books, cards, and board games for your entertainment
- Sliding doors from the kitchen lead to a patio where you can enjoy the fun of al-fresco dining in the covered patio, and access to the backyard and pool area.
- The oversized backyard features a pool (heated during Winter upon request - fee applies), which will help you enjoy the Florida sun with friends or family while you recover from the beach or the fun you had the previous night. The pool is lit and surrounded by lush vegetation for that resort look. Enjoy the chaise lounges by the pool, and a high table with chairs under an umbrella for drinks and poolside snacks.
- The driveway is big enough for 4 cars.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to all the spaces described above and the driveway, which can park up to 4 cars. Please keep in mind that parking on the street is NOT allowed on this street.

ENHANCED CLEANING DUE TO CORONAVIRUS: We’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before every check-in. Additionally, we’re blocking 24 hours in-between guests. Check-in and check-out are always contactless.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed, sorry.

POOL HEATING: Has an additional cost of $20/day, the target temperature will be set at 88-90F. Please be aware that water temperature will be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, rain, etc.). If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know up to 48 hours BEFORE your check-in, we cannot accommodate last minute or post-check-in requests.

PARTIES: You’re welcome to have a couple friends over, but parties are most definitely NOT allowed. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so abusing this will get you evicted with assistance of the local police, and no refund. Per City Code, there can be a maximum of 8 people in the house at any time, including the up-to-5 registered guests.

NUDITY: The backyard and pool area are not private, so neighbors on all 3 sides can see you, please keep this in mind and avoid any risky behaviors.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Lazy Lake neighborhood in Central Wilton Manors is feet away from the vibrant “downtown” of this very small city of 12,000 inhabitants. You will be just 2 blocks away from the entertainment district: bars, pubs, restaurants, clubs, shops, Halloween and Pride Parades, etc., while being far enough that you will also enjoy the quiet, residential vibes of this neighborhood.

GETTING AROUND:
Uber and Lyft are very prominent in the area, so there’s always a car 5 minutes away. The City of Wilton Manors provides a $5 discount for rides to Wilton Drive on Fridays and Saturdays, check the back of the House Manual for info.
