The house was great and the host was very helpful. The pool area was probably what we used the most and it was exactly what we were looking for. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

A fantastic villa

3 families stayed here together which was perfect. 2 families in the main house and 1 in the apartment below. The villa is modern and comfortable and the outdoor pool/cooking area is really special. We have stayed here twice and love the area. Several good restaurants within walking distance and we really recommend a visit to the Juricic.

Great House in Nice area

We had a perfect week in this house. It was our second vacation there and we can recommed the house. The pool area is great and the kitchen on the ground level make it easy to make dinner etc. Near the pool.

Sensational villa

What can i say, everything about this villa was perfect: location, cleanliness and quality are all 5* - pictures are 100% accurate. Great communication with the owner and even went out of his way to offer tips and advice on things to do and see in the local area. We would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this lovely villa. Parking was a bit tight with 3 cars but 2 would be fine. The pool was a good size and the outside barbecue area with a fitted kitchen attached made outside evening meals super. The bedrooms were all a good size and we especially enjoyed the upstairs master suite. The area was quiet and felt very safe. The lovely town of Labin was a 20 minute walk and we found some great cafe/bars and pizza restos. Just beyond Labin there are good supermarkets to choose from. Our host Aleks was a good communicator and gave us great recommendations about the surrounding area. He was very responsive to the verbal feedback we gave at the end of our stay. All-in-all a super stay in a lovely country.

Everything was just as described. The only thing we missed (the info is there) when booking was, that it is, in fact, two separate apartments on top of each other with only an outside staircase. No problem for us, but might be worth noting. Gorgeous views from "Old Labin" nearby, and many beautiful, secluded, but accessible, beaches very close to the house.Aleks (owner) was absolutely brilliant, accessible and considerate, with lots of helpful advice and directions.

Alles Vorort was man braucht.
