About this property

Nice apartment between Göttingen and Kassel

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the former fire station in Roßbach in the middle of the old village center. In the bedroom you sleep in about 150 years old Wilhelminian beds. In the large living room is a sofa bed for up to 2 people. In the neighboring room there are fitness equipment for sports activities. In front of the house is a small terrace.
By bus you are in a few minutes in Witzenhausen, from there it is only 30 km to Göttingen or Kassel.

In the village there is a baker and a butcher and 2 inns.
There are various hiking trails, in particular, the P9 (Premiumweg 9, about 12 km) is very attractive, as it grants very beautiful views and leads to dry grasslands with orchid stocks. This path leads directly through Rossbach.

About 5 minutes walk from the apartment is located on the outskirts of our garden, which can be used to relax (see photo).

Entspanntes Wochenende

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angenehm kühl an warmen Tagen. Besonders hervorzuheben: es gibt eine Grundausstattung mit Zucker, Salz, Spüli und Toilettenpapier. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter - nicht nur, weil sie uns das in der Steckdose vergessene Ladegerät direkt hinterhergeschickt haben ... ;-) Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Charmantes Feuerwehrhaus

Sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Dorflage. Schönes lebendiges Dorf, unkomplizierte nette Vermieter. Kleine Terrasse zur unterschiedlich stark befahrenen Straße. Uns hat der Verkehr nicht gestört. Frühstücksbrötchen im Ort und man kann direkt loswandern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren beruflich bedingt in der Gegend und haben unsere Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, Frau und Herr Braun sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es wieder möglich ist, würden wir gerne nochmal als Privatpersonen zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank.

Sehr individuelles Quartier

Die ehemalige Feuerwache besticht durch ihren sehr individuellen Charakter. Bei der Einrichtung ist nichts von der Stange, alles hat seine Geschichte und damit seinen Charme. Der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig, besitzt einen Holzfußboden und eine hohe Decke. Wir waren zu zweit, doch scheint es, dass er sich auch für Familien mit Kindern bestens eignet. Wir haben das Quartier für Radtouren entlang der Werra gewählt. Da überraschte es zunächst, dass Roßbach zwar zu Witzenhausen gehört, doch ziemlich weit oben liegt. Parkt man das Auto jedoch im Tal und fährt von dort aus los, ist alles bestens. Die Wirtsleute, Frau und Herr Braun, sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gern Auskunft. Also kann ich das Quartier in der ehemaligen Feuerwache mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Dr. Eberhard Schröter, Weimar, September 2020

Tolle FeWo in schöner Lage

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser FeWo sehr genossen - alles war bestens für uns vorbereitet, die Kommunikation vorbildlich und für Fragen standen die Vermieter immer zur Verfügung. Durch die gute Lage war es einfach, die Top-Ziele der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen. Auch landschaftlich hat die Gegend viel zu bieten - als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, fürs Radfahren, das entspannte "Cruisen" mit dem Auto oder einfach nur, um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
