Stay in this cottage with trendy colours, carefully renovated in 2025, located in the Breton countryside between Rennes and Fougères This detached house is located near the owners' residence, on an adjoining plot of land. It is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor: - a large living room with a fitted kitchen and pellet stove, a dining/living room with a wood-burning stove - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - an en-suite shower room - a separate WC - a laundry room with a washing machine Upstairs: - a landing with a television, sofa, games area, and a library - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds - a shower room - a separate WC WiFi will be available at the end of February 2026. Outside: - a terrace off the ground floor living room and bedroom, garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue - a bread oven - 600 m² of land (fencing to be installed) with a courtyard and lawn, and children's play equipment (slide) Parking available a large garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles and bicycles As part of this superb renovation, Zaccharie's house has been transformed into a cozy holiday cottage! For the décor, the owners opted for vibrant, contemporary colors to create a warm and inviting interior. For maximum comfort, they equipped the spacious living area with two stoves, one pellet stove and one wood-burning stove. The French doors in the dining room and ground-floor bedroom flood the space with natural light and open onto a shared terrace, perfect for enjoying time outdoors on sunny days. Find local shops in the charming village of Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, just 3 km away, and take the opportunity to stroll through its "Ondine and the Dragon" garden, a delightful park with a pond, castle ruins, and a free treetop adventure course for children. Visit Fougères, a City of Art and History, famous for its medieval fortress, the largest and best-preserved in Europe, 19 km away. Other heritage towns worth visiting: Vitré at 25.3 km and Rennes at 36 km.
