The bright and cosy holiday flat in Velic is located on a quiet street and offers 48 m² of space for up to 4 people. It is ideal for families with children, couples or pet owners, as up to two pets are welcome. Just 300 m from the centre, you can reach shops, restaurants, banks, medical practices and sports facilities within a few minutes. The nearby shingle beach is also only around 300–400 m away.



The flat features two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a cosy living area with open-plan kitchen and dining table. The two separate bedrooms offer pleasant retreats and make the accommodation particularly suitable for families or couples travelling together.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, kitchen mixer as well as crockery and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating and satellite TV provide additional comfort during your stay.



A furnished 20 m² terrace with table, chairs and private outdoor grill invites you to relax and enjoy meals together outdoors. The approximately 700 m² garden with shady spots and fruit and vegetable plants is available to all guests. Public car parks are located nearby.



The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. These include water sports such as sailing, diving, windsurfing and jet skiing as well as cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis and beach volleyball. Excursions to nature and national parks as well as cultural activities are also available.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, spa tax, an extra bed for children up to 2 years old and the registration and deregistration fee. Up to two pets can be brought for an additional charge.
