This modern holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination of Medulin in Istria, just about 1 km from the sea. The 47 m² apartment offers space for up to 5 people and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and cooking utensils, as well as a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. From the 10 m² balcony, you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors. Pets are welcome.
The holiday home has a pool (50 m²), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area and a garden terrace. Guests can use the courtyard and garden together, a boat is available for excursions with the owner. WiFi is available in most units, a private parking space is also part of the accommodation. Breakfast is offered.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, diving, bicycle rental, sports fields, mini-golf and leisure parks. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within walking distance.
