In a quiet location on the outskirts of the town and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, you can enjoy the sun of Dalmatia and the scent of pine trees here – ideal for couples looking for relaxation, comfort and sea views.



On approximately 45 m² of living space, the apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an air-conditioned living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. This includes a 4-plate stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, and all important cooking utensils. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge. A baby bed is available upon request.



From the private, covered south terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse - perfect for enjoying the morning sun during breakfast or the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening.



The house is located in the second row from the sea and offers a well-maintained garden with cosy seating areas and a barbecue area for shared use. A private parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. A communal washing machine can be used, and small pets are permitted after prior consultation (note: additional costs may be incurred).



The next pebble beach is just a few steps away, and the popular sandy beach Trstenica is also conveniently accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities are located in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the town centre of Orebic via a picturesque footpath along the coast in just about ten minutes.



Orebic is known for its long beaches, clear sea and its proximity to the island of Korcula, which can be reached by ferry in just a few minutes. The Peljesac region also offers numerous excursion opportunities, hiking trails, wineries and charming coastal towns.
