The idyllic property with large lush outdoor area and large yard is located in the tranquil and largely car-free resort Veli Losinj on the Kvarner island Losinj and offers a small single-storey cottage and in the neighboring house a small apartment. On the approximately 2000m ² fenced plot is also an ancient shady palm tree with landscaped garden area and small pond.

The bungalow for max. 5 people offers 1 bedroom and is directly adjacent to the garden area and use the part next to the imposing palm tree as a recreational and open space. The small apartment for 2-3 persons is located a bit further in the back of the property and also has a separate small terrace. However, the entire yard is used by guests of both rental units. In addition to the parking lot is also enough space for parking a boat trailer available.

Both the bungalow and the apartment have satellite TV, air conditioning, own washing machine and Wi-Fi internet. Pets are welcome in the bungalow by arrangement.

The very friendly landlords also live on site and can communicate in English, Italian and Russian.
