The 70 m² apartment offers space for up to 4 people and convinces with two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living area. The kitchen features a fridge, freezer, cooker with oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as all important cooking utensils and cutlery – ideal for self-caterers.



The living room is equipped with SAT-TV, hi-fi system, sofa bed, coffee table and air conditioning, and invites you to relax. Through the 10 m² large, covered terrace you have direct access to the well-maintained garden with lawn, dining area and barbecue facilities – perfect for shared meals or relaxing hours in the green. The terrace offers space for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are included, so you can start your holiday right away.



The holiday home is located quietly in a residential area, only about 700 m from the 1.5 km long sandy beach "Paradise Beach". A free parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are welcome by arrangement.



Lopar offers numerous leisure opportunities: swimming, snorkelling, diving, boat and bicycle rental, beach volleyball, mini golf, sports fields, kayak or canoe tours, excursions to sights, wine tastings and gourmet restaurants. Restaurants, supermarkets and a children's playground are just a few minutes' walk away, and the town centre can be reached in about 400 m.
