The apartment extends over two levels: On the ground floor, there is a bright living kitchen with a large dining table, a single bed, a bunk bed, and the stylish bathroom with a shower and towel warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, and filter coffee machine. From here, you can also access the private balcony with seating for five people – the perfect place to start the day relaxed or enjoy the sunset.



In the upper bedroom, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and comfortable beds (double bed and single bed) ensure restful nights. A separate entrance and a mini safe offer additional privacy and security.



The house with a total of 12 rental units features a private pool and a large car park. Pets are permitted in selected apartments for a fee. For even more comfort, there is a communally usable washing machine. The in-house restaurant pampers guests with regional specialities from the grill and stone oven.



The lively party beach Zrće is located only about 800 metres away, while the centre of Novalja is accessible in around 2.5 kilometres. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and pool use are included in the price.
