Living room, combined kitchen with dining room, bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and small bedroom with bunk bed (200x90cm). In the living room sofa bed. Bathroom with tub and shower, separate guest toilet.

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans.

Satellite TV in living room and large bedroom.

Towels, hair dryer in the bathroom, free of charge.

Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and hollywood swing.

Heated pool, 8x4m, 1.50 deep. Children should be able to swim.

Fantastic truly italian vacation destination

The description of the object on the website is fully accurate, but it still exceeded our expectation when we arrived. The owners are very friendly, thoughtful and hospitable people who made us feel very welcome in their property. The apartment felt like a separate house where one would gladly live: there was truly everything for a great living. The kitchen was full with very finely selected beautiful kitchenware and utensiles to cook the most complicated dishes. The living room provided a lot of cosyness and comfort, the bedrooms - good night sleep, the bathroom and guest WC - impeccably clean and well thought through. The house is very tastefully decorated and is truly cared for. The pool was a dream, had sea-like water. The kids and us, adults, actually preferred it to the numerous beaches nearby. We enjoyed cooking on the grill provided and all the small things the owners thought about (be it extra towels or nice garden furniture or emergency food supplies the guests can use). The location of the house is perfect for short car visits of nearby beaches (Caorle, Jesolo, Bibione), huge outlet center, numerous good restaurants, wineries and aquaparks. One still feels the tranquillity, dolce vita and the sea breeze :) All in all this was the best vacation home in 15 years we actively travel. I would highly recommend it year-round (the pool is heated, there is a fireplace and warm floors!).

Ein 14 tägiger Urlaubstraum

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und können dieses Domizil in allen Belangen wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist supersauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt einen großen Pool einen riesigen Garten in dem sich Kinder rundum wohlfühlen. Sollte etwas nicht vorhanden sein, schaffen die Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. … überhaupt sind die Vermieter immer ansprechbar und haben uns die besten Tipps in Sachen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants… gegeben. Einfach tolle Menschen die unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht haben

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in einer bestens ausgestatteten Erdgeschosswohnung mit Garten, Liegestühlen und Pool genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die für alle Fragen ansprechbar sind. Es gibt schöne saubere Strände 10-20 km entfernt, auch ein Tagesausflug nach Venedig ist problemlos möglich. Für unsere beiden Teenager waren der Besuch des Wasserparks in Jesolo und die Bootsfahrt mit dem Vermieter auf den Flüssen und Kanälen zur Lagune von Caorle ein Highlight. Einzig unangenehm waren die abendlichen Mücken, aber da halfen die Fliegengitter, die an fast allen Fenstern angebracht sind und Anti-Mückenspray. Gerne wieder😊

Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort beantworten gerne Fragen und geben Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und Restaurants. Unbedingt Bella Italia ausprobieren. Für uns die beste Pizza. Grill vorhanden, Kohle wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Küche super ausgestattet. Kaffe und Kaffekapseln stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir hatten auch einen sehr schönen Bootstrip inkl. Tubing mit dem Vermieter Zusatzkosten). Pool kann auch noch spät abends mit Beleuchtung genutzt werden. Einziger Nachteil: durch die Nähe zum Fluss gibt es sehr viele Mücken, dementsprechend hatten wir einige Stiche. Da half sich das Antimücken-Spray nichts. Man kann also abends nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen. Dennoch hatten wir einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Garten und Pool

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Empfang durch unsere Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, obwohl wir erst mit großer Verspätung ankamen. Im großzügigen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen und dem beheizten Pool konnten wir uns herrlich erholen. Für unsere Ausflüge erhielten wir von unseren Gastgebern immer sehr wertvolle Tipps und Informationen. Die Madratzen im Doppelbett waren wunderbar bequem. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Die große Anzahl der Hand- und Badetücher war uns sehr willkommen. Besonders begeistert waren wir davon, dass an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter waren, so dass wir immer gut lüften konnten. Durch die Bauweise des Hauses war es außerdem auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen im Inneren immer angenehm kühl. Wir werden sicherlich zu einem längeren Urlaub wiederbekommen.

Richtige "Chill-Ferien"

Wir haben 11 Tage Ferien in einer wirklich großzügigen Wohnung, die keinen Wunsch offen ließ, hinter uns. Insbesondere unsere beiden Töchter haben den Pool, der im Garten bereitstand, jederzeit genossen. Ich, als die Mama, die Vielzahl von Handtüchern in jeder Größe, variabel ob für die Liegestühle im Garten unter dem herrlichen Oleander oder an einem der Strände in der nächsten Umgebung. Nichts musste so unnötig mitgeschleppt werden. Alles großzügig sauber und komfortabel. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit mit Rat und Tat hilfsbereit zur Seite gestanden. Auch die Planung im Vorneherein hatte tadellos geklappt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Abstecher in das bezaubernde Venezien! Nochmal liebe Grüße aus Bayern

Sehr nette Gastgeber, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Geben gute Geheimtipps für die Umgebung.

Schöne große Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Pool ist sauber, Whirlpool ansprechend. Internet über das WLAN ist eher eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas außerhalb. Für Einkäufe benötigt man daher immer ein Auto. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
