It is a semi-detached house with a very clever distribution, so that each party enjoys full privacy. The comfortable living room with large floor to ceiling windows looks out onto the tropical garden with private infinity swimming pool (air conditioning, Internet by optical fiber). The new kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and washing machine. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms as well as a shared family bathroom with shower. The en suite master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and a hammock to relax in. All bedrooms have elasticoviscous mattresses de Dunlopillo and the two main bedrooms have there own TV and aire condicioning.
The covered terrace in the garden is furnished with a dining table, a BBQ and sun beds. The garden is an oasis full of colourful tropical plants and has a nice covered terrace with speakers. This beautiful area boasts elegant properties and stunning gardens. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. Horse aficionados will find a very good stable with Andalusian stallions nearby.The beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and the charming fishing town of Conil is a 5 minute drive away.
