In an old renovated farmhouse, accommodation for 2 people, with private garden.

*Holiday period (July-August): one week minimum at 525 euros+ADD A FLAT RATE of 40 euros preparation/bedding costs

**Excluding holidays: 65 euros per night with 2 nights minimum = 130 euros for 2 people (water and heating included, sheets/bedding included)+ADD A FLAT RATE of 40 euros preparation/bedding costs

(3 nights= 195+40=235 euros; 4 nights=260+40=300 euros; 5 nights=325+40=365 euros; 6 nights=390+40=430 euros; 7 nights=455+40=495 euros
Travellers must clean up when leaving (In the event that the accommodation is not clean, 50 euros must be deducted from the deposit*).

Close to the beaches (Sainte-Barbe surf spot 15 minutes by bike, Bay of Quiberon, Carnac) and more widely, you can radiate throughout the region (megalithic sites of Carnac and Morbihan, Quiberon peninsula and departures to Belle-Ile, Houat and Hoëdic, Ria d'Etel, Gulf of Morbihan, Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).
But everything can be done on foot because the house is very close to the centre of the village (5 min walk): shops, pharmacy, medical centre, bus/shuttle (SNCF station in summer)... The paths and cycle paths to the bay of Plouharnel and the abbeys of Kergonan are nearby.
We have just renovated this pretty accommodation for us... and for our guests passing through:
-on the ground floor: large living room of 26m2 (underfloor heating), with kitchen area (new equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils...) and living room
-upstairs: large master bedroom of 17m2, 160 cm bed, 260 cm duvet (or 2 individual duvets in season), dressing cupboard, new bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer)
-Garden with terrace, 2 deckchairs, 4 chairs and a table. PGJyPg�PGJyPgNON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION. ANIMAL FRIENDS NOT ACCEPTED
*DEPOSIT OF 150 EUROS at the time of booking. Not debited; returned within one week after the rental except in case of damage; 50 euros charged if cleaning is not done.
