Family home located in a quiet town, on the banks of the Loire. 7km from Nantes city centre, public transport accessible in a few minutes on foot. Discover the banks of the Loire with cycle paths and trails, stop at La Sablière, a riverside café located a 15-minute walk away. The house is close to the city centre and its shops: bakeries, butchers, fishmonger, cheese shop, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bookshop... Pleasant garden with a dining area, a lounge area and a summer kitchen with a griddle. You will have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, and 2 single beds. A second double bed is available upon request in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house is located in a cul-de-sac. calm. Our cat "chamour" will stay put; he lives outside and will only ask for a few cuddles and for us to fill his food bowl...
