This was our second year spending the final week of summer in PTown at Nancy’s place and once again everything was fantastic - the location, the amenities, everything. Nancy was also a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. Would highly recommend this place.
We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as advertised—well stocked, comfortable, and very functional. When we experienced a minor issue with the keypad, the host responded quickly by text and resolved it right away. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay ag
This property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s close enough to walk everywhere in town without requiring a bike. It’s spacious and very comfortable with a great patio. I will definitely come back and rent again from Nancy.
This house was great. Beautifully laid out and equipped. The kitchen was very functional, which was important because we cooked a lot of meals there. We enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. It was a short walk to town. Overall this place was excellent.
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home—highly recommended! The house was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Its location is perfect: close to town, yet peaceful and private. Nancy was a wonderful host—extremely responsive and thoughtful, even checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I stayed with friends over bear week and had an amazing stay here. The location was quiet but accessible to commercial/tea, and the unit was was a great size for 4 people to share. Kitchen was well equipped and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!
Our stay was really wonderful, the property was perfectly located. Quiet and very relaxing
Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had spacious shower with nice hot water
Garden area was lovely to relax in
This condo was perfect for a glorious 10 days in PTown! The location was residential enough for quiet and privacy, but still just a very short walk to everything you need. The whole place was well provisioned, very clean and had a great layout and outdoor space that we were able to enjoy thoroughly. We’ve already booked again for next year and are looking forward to it!
I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ptown. The property is very spacious and clean with very modern appliances and a stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The walk to the main strip is very close.
Great spot! This is my fourth house I’ve rented in Provincetown, and maybe my favorite? You’re the perfect distance from Commercial and the boat slip for the afternoon tea dance, while also being walking distance from Stop & Shop, which is a game changer. The beds are cozy, the area is quiet, and the check in/out process was super simple. Would recommend!
Nancy’s place is super well located, with a great outdoor area and very nice amenities (chairs, umbrella, comfy nice furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and more). It’s spacious and cute and modern. Additionally, Nancy was so so great to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and helping us with an easy check out. We loved it!
Recently renovated property right off of Commercial Street, making it easy to access downtown, bars, and shops. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and there's a smart tv available on the main floor. The unit contained all the necessary amenities, including coffee makers, washer/dryer, and plenty of towels. This is a great spot for a trip with friends and/or couples.
The unit looked brand new and modern with a great kitchen, a spacious patio, comfortable beds, and a nice living room with a large TV. Steps to second floor were a little steep so not the best if you have mobility issues. Easy walk to Commercial St. I would happily stay here again.
We stayed in this newly renovated condo which is a short 10 minute walk from the center of town in a quiet neighborhood about a block from Bradford street. The condo is tastefully decorated and nicely equipped, and the owner was gracious and very responsive to a couple requests we had during our stay. It has a nice outdoor barbecue and space as well as a new washer dryer, and good AC. Overall, a great choice.
My partner and I stayed at this wonderful unit over Carnival Week. The location was superb - down a quieter neighborhood but also so close to all the action (Boat Slip, Liz's Cafe, Spiritus, etc.). Check in and check out was a breeze, great parking. The unit itself was wonderful with the great outdoor patio/seating, roomy interior, a great kitchen with plenty to use, and two great bedrooms, including king-size bed. I'd absolutely recommend to others and would love to stay here again myself.
The host Nancy was so accommodating and wonderful to work with; we had a technical snafu with the reservation and she worked with me so cooperatively and patiently until it got worked through. Thank you Nancy for the wonderful stay and your help! Cheers!
This unit was super clean, well put together and the listing was spot on. Close enough to Commercial St for it to be convenient but away enough to be peaceful. The highlight for us was the private outside patio which we used daily. The bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you need. If you are a New England sports fan bring an iPad or tablet to view games because there are no local sports channels on the tv. Wifi was excellent. We have friends who have a seasonal spot at Coastal Acres and it was a short private walk to see them at the campground! Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing and Inconvenient Stay
I had a very frustrating experience with this rental. Upon arrival, we couldn’t get into the unit. My phone was dead, so my guest contacted the host, Nancy, who was able to assist and eventually got us inside. Unfortunately, once we entered, we discovered that the power wasn’t working.Nancy was informed and offered us a one-bed hotel for the night. While the hotel itself was okay, it was not downtown (where the rental was located), and we had to drive there. Sharing a bed when you paid for two bed is not ideal. The next morning, Nancy told us the rental was ready. We packed everything back into the car, hoping to salvage some of the day. When we returned, the power was back on, but the AC wasn’t working. My guest received a message from Nancy saying the WiFi was down and would be fixed the following day. I discovered the thermostat required WiFi to function and since there was no WiFi, it wasn’t operable. I ended up waking up in a sweat.By the final day, everything was functioning, but I had already lost time and comfort. I was unable to use the space as intended for half the stay.Nancy offered 200 for the inconvenience of not having Wi-Fi. I asked if she could offer more, considering we couldn’t use the rental at all the first day, and had no AC or Wi-Fi the second. Nancy insisted the AC was working, despite my offer to send a photo showing it wasn’t. Nancy stated that 200 was her final offer.Overall, the stay was unpleasant and I would not recommend based on exp.

Dear Rich - I really wished that your experience did not turn out this way. The power to the whole building (all 3 units) went out as soon as you checked in. It was already late, about 9PM and I scrambled around and called every hotel in Ptown to find you guys a room to stay for the night. My friends in Ptown were calling their friends, my family was searching on VRBO and airbnb. I either got a recording or no vacancy. My friends suggested to call Surfside Hotel and Suites which is an oceanfront property on Commercial St. I paid $680 for the night. By 9am the next day, the power was restored but we couldn't connect the wifi because the modem was damaged during the power surge. We had to call Comcast after your check-out. The thermostat which is a NEST is not 100% controlled by wifi. It can be set manually to whatever temp you want. The temp might have been altered during the power outage. Our property manager confirmed that there was no issue with the AC and It sounds like you were able to figure it out and use it the next day and did not complain to me about it at all during your stay. This proves that the AC worked even with the wifi still being down. I felt bad that you did not have wifi for 2 days so offered to refund $100 per day for 2 days. I was surprised to get a response from you asking for more and told me for the first time that the AC did not work on your first night there. I explained that there was no issue with the temp control. You just needed to dial the knob down. The $100 day is more than 20% of the nightly rate that you paid and that I think it was a very generous amount. The situation was beyond my control. It was very stressful on my part as well because I want all of my guests to have a pleasant stay. I think I did my best given the situation.
The property was even better than expected. Nancy was a great host. She even thought of the little things like shampoo, K-Cups, etc. The location was perfect if you’re visiting Provincetown - easy to get to Commercial St. I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Highly recommend!
Our stay more than met our expectations. We arrived to a very clean unit. Nancy was very responsive to questions we had the checkout process was the easiest I've ever had to deal with. We appreciated the blackout shades in the bedrooms and the well equipped kitchen. We'd be glad to stay here again.
