Exactly as advertised! Absolutely loved the property. We had a wide range of family members which accommodated everyone. Great area for kids. It was a 30 second walk to the beach with a canal on the other side to fish. The property owners were amazing and extremely accommodating. A tropical storm hit the day we left and they were kind enough to allow us extra time if we wanted to wait it out. My sisters left her ID and they were kind enough to mail it back for us. We definitely look forward to renting from them again.

Perfect spot for chaperones and teens

We had a perfect visit, from communication before the fact to a few questions that came up during the visit. Fantastic location, steps from beach access, super convenient to grocery store, etc. This place has a real beachy feel and you can enjoy yourself without worrying you’re going to mess up fancy carpeting. I can’t say enough nice things about the entire process. My husband and I were dreading a beach trip with nine 17 and 18 year olds but it ended up being lovely. Thanks Sandi!

What makes this property unique

Ground level entry and ground level exit to yard(Very Rare), Ocean views from multiple locations in and out of the house, beautiful views of the inlet at the dead end of the street (no through traffic). Steps to the beach, 3 blocks to the famous Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, 7 blocks to Sea Mountain Hwy which has everything you need and or want. Minutes to everything!!!!!!
