Es war nahezu alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Es gab einen Aufzug. Dadurch war Anreise und Abreise mit Koffern und Taschen sehr unkompliziert. Der Parkplatz ist nur wenige Meter entfernt auf dem unteren Parkdeck im Schatten. Das Beste ist der Ausblick von der großen Terssse über den gesamten Jachthafen bis zur „Passat“. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption/Servicestation waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist luxuriös mit Dampfbad und Sauna. Die Lage in der ersten Reihe zum Segelhafen ist ok

Die Bauarbeiten sind etwas störend und die äussere Infrastruktur noch nicht vorhanden.
