A second terrace is located on the southern sun side of the apartment. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed, shower room and toilet are separate. Wi-Fi, TV and radio / docking station are available, sheets and towels are included and are changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement.
Gate to the sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high quality furnishings, floor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
