Note: There is a one-time fee of 45.00 per parking pass that is not included in the condo rental amount.
Our goal is to create a clean, fun, comfortable, memory making destination for your stay in the desirable, refreshing West PCB! The spacious living area and private balcony have a full view of the Gulf, giving you a front row seat to the striking sunsets! We’re right on the water with easy private beach access! Simply wake up, grab your gear and hop in one of our 3 newly renovated elevators to ride to the ground floor and the beach is right there! Enjoy the spectacular views of the emerald green water, soft sugary white sand, building sandcastles and recreating!
Your condo rental includes:
New custom kitchen with added storage space
New larger capacity washer and dryer
King size bed in main bedroom
Spacious hallway with bunkbeds and privacy curtains
Queen sleeper sofa in living room
Room darkening drapes on all windows
Two full baths, master bath has tub/shower combination, hair dryer in each
75” Smart TV in Living area, 42” Smart TV in bedroom
5G internet and Direct TV Cable!
Generously stocked kitchen with plastic ware for littles
Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, toaster,
Various games and puzzles, lots of books
Complimentary 2 Beach Loungers with umbrella (available March-October)
