About this property

Holiday house at Brahmsee

Our beautiful holiday house, new construction with completion July 2017, is looking forward to its guests.
Directly on the beautiful Brahmsee, in the geographical center Schlewsig-Holsteins, is our ca120qm large EFH. Over two floors you can relax and unwind.
Our approximately 1500sqm garden plot is lovingly designed and helps you wonderfully to leave the everyday life behind you.
The equipment is very high quality, full bath incl. Shower, open kitchen, washing machine and dryer, gas grill with house connection on the terrace, rowing boat at the own boat bridge.
The use of the sauna is possible by arrangement!
If you do not want to go directly to the house in the lake, there is a nice bathing beach of the municipality 3 minutes walk away.

The capital Kiel can be reached in 30 minutes, to the North Sea - Sankt Peter Ording - it is about 1.5 hours driving time .......

The house is designed for 2-6 persons, the dog is allowed. (Another only by arrangement).

Ruhe am Wasser.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus Anna (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 6-12). Platz war ausreichend da, wenn auch uns im Vorfeld Fotos der Schlafzimmer (2 Stück mit jeweils Doppelbett) geholfen hätte. Die Kinder haben im großzügigen Dachbereich auf Schlafcouchen campiert und hatten ihren Spaß. Lage direkt am See wunderbar, haben das Tretboot, Ruderboot und SUP ausgiebig (v.a. zum Angeln) genutzt. Auf dem See (und wenn man drauf achtet) hört man die A7 rauschen, insgesamt hat aber die Entspannung überwogen. Kleine Mängel: der Gasgrill war partout nicht anzukriegen, das Baden im See war aufgrund Blaualgen nicht empfohlen (haben wir an Tag 3 zufällig mitbekommen) und Angeln ist nicht grundsätzlich erlaubt - wir haben uns über Tage hinweg bis zum Seebesitzer hochtelefoniert. Ansonsten merkt man, dass das Haus „hundefreundlich“ ist (diverse Haare in den Ecken etc.). Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt! Danke.

Super Lage

Tolles Ferienhaus und super Lage, mit direktem Seezugang. Es standen uns ein Tretboot, Ruderboot, Kajak und SUP zur Verfügung. In Bezug auf eine vorherigen Bewertung können wir mitteilen, dass ein neuer hochwertiger Gasgrill vorhanden ist. Das Haus war geputzt und großflächig sauber, jedoch sind einige Details nicht zufrieden stellend gewesen, z.B Tierhaare auf den Teppichen, Duschkopf stark verkalkt, Toaster voller Krümel, Fenster beschmiert, Papier unter den Betten… Wenn die Sauberkeit besser wäre, könnte es glatt unser Lieblingsferienhaus werden.

Am Ende der Straße steht ein Haus am See....

Das Haus "Anna" ist modern, sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Das Tollste ist der wunderschöne Blick über den Brahmsee, den man nicht nur aus den vielen bodentiefen Fenstern des großen Wohn-/Esszimmers genießen kann, sondern sogar auch aus dem Bett - inklusive Sonnenaufgang! Für gutes Wetter gibt es auf der großen Terrasse gemütliche Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten, bei schlechtem Wetter kann man den Indoor-Strandkorb ans Fenster rollen und fühlt sich fast wie draußen. Einen privaten Seezugang mit eigenem Steg mit Tret- bzw. Ruderboot zu haben, fanden wir super. Wir waren erstaunt, wie viele Tiere es zu beobachten gab! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche am Brahmsee verlebt und können das Haus "Anna" nur weiterempfehlen!

Haus echt gut.Lage super nur die Autobahn im Hintergrund ist sehr grezwertig

Grill ist eine Katastrophe,völlig verrostet.Gasgrill!!!Hatten uns auf grillen gefreut.Im allgemeinen nicht sehr sauber.Hundehaare am Sofa und auf Erde angetrockneter Urin vom Hund.Bei Vermietung mit Hund sollte man schon etwas gründlicher sauber machen .Terasse macht einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck.Aussenalage war sehr gepflegt.Haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt,aber vielleicht sollte man trotzdem etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit achten.

Es ist wirklich ein tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Kontakt zum Vermietet war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus kann man ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Einfach nur top

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Super eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Mehr ist dazu garnicht zu sagen. Ideal auch für Reisen mit Baby/Kleinkind, weil hier alles vorhanden ist. Wickeltisch, richtiges Babybett, Spielwiese, Hochstuhl, etc. Und die Gastgeber sind auch noch super freundlich. Lohnt sich also

Das Haus ist modern, super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist genügend Platz für 5 oder auch 6 Personen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 5 Mädels dort und haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt am wunderschönen Brahmsee in ruhiger Lage und man fühlt sich sofort super wohl. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Es war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal, wir kommen wieder :) Viele Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet

Das Ferienhaus ist super in Ausstattung und Lage. Der See direkt hinterm Haus für das tägliche Bad.

Super nette Vermieter. Danke Familie Struck. Hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben nichts vermisst in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Auch eine tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zur Ostsee und zu den Karl May Spielen in Bad Segeberg. Auch unsere Töchter waren begeistert. Kommen gerne wieder.
