End of stay cleaning is not included in the price. A cleaning deposit of 250€ will be required.

For your well-being, 2 air conditioning systems are installed... We are counting on your kindness and use while the bay windows are closed. Costs may be added in the event of overconsumption of electricity.

The entrance is through an aluminium gate. The house is located in a quiet subdivision; there is area and opposite in front.
The land is totally fenced. You will find space for several vehicles.

The back of the house has a beautiful wooden terrace with a view of the vineyards and not overlooked.
At your disposal granite outdoor table with chairs; a private swimming pool of 7 m X 3.50m; a solar shower and a gas barbecue to spend beautiful days and evenings

Rentals are made by the week from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams
Arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
