The property was very nice and the elevator was a success for my elderly mother and very close to the beach . But the house can be updated and needs a really good cleaning throughout the house like when you step into a house you should smell the cleanness after being cleaned. There were things left behind by other stay that should have been thrown in the trash. I hope this will be good for other people to stay here. All it needed is a good cleaning.

Beautiful home! Location couldn’t be better! All amenities that we needed were there! My mother was in heaven when she realized there was an elevator inside! Definitely making this home a yearly location for us!

Great Vacation Stay!

Chris was prompt with responding and was very supportive to one cleanliness issue that I had pointed out during our stay. Overall, the entire home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities. The home is only one block from the public parking for beach access. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Sea Change Stay

Sea Change was awesome. The attached two car garage was a bonus as well as the elevator! Parking in the area is tight, so the two car garage worked out great. Very spacious and clean. We had six people in our party and had plenty of room. The location was also ideal, close to super markets, places to eat, and things to do. The beach was a short walk across the street. Would stay again.

Great stay

A great stay for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of hangers in each closet. Large TV’s in living room and bedrooms. Gorgeous home. Close to Starbucks, grocery stores, convention center and Top Golf. House was overall very clean…a very few spider webs were found on light fixtures but you can find that in any house!

Great family vacation location!

Had a great time at Chris’ property. Check in was easy and having a garage with opener and elevator was very convenient, especially with children! Host is very responsive. You need to bring/buy essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for each bathroom, dish detergent, throw blankets for the living room. There is a wal mart and dollar tree close by. We flew down so I just utilized the dollar tree for cleaning supplies and Walmart for a beach umbrella and throw blanket. The welcome guide has great recommendations for all meals. One block walk to the beach. Would stay again!”

The house was beautiful, but was not very clean. I think that unfortunately their cleaners just don't do the job they're paid to do. I did reach out to the owner's regarding an issue and they were quick to take care of it. I greatly appreciated that! The area is perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and the main road is at the other end. There's so much to do near by. We had so much fun and definitely were not ready to come home! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Birthday trip

This property has a great location, a short walk across the street to the beach. And its away from the hustle and bustle down closer to the boardwalk. I would give this property 5 stars except the bathrooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The toilets and sinks had not been cleaned well and the master bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the sheets on the master bed were knotty!! If we stayed here again, we would bring our own sheets and come prepared to clean when we arrive smh.

When I first arrived I walk in i had to walk up stair that was not good because of my knee. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator was nasty and not onlt that master bath room was not clean and second we had to walk around the world to find trash can the trash can should have been at the house .Three thing we had to walk for about fifth min get to beach it is not close to breach and charge all that money and you have too take out trash ,wash dish,get all the towels,and beds lines peoples suppose suppose to be on vacation not a maid.I am not happy with this and i will let people know about this trust me

Jackie, I apologize your stay was not up to your standards. An elevator is available for use during your stay. Instructions for the use of the elevator were included in the E-Guide provided prior to your stay, a Hard Copy Welcome Guide located on the kitchen counter, and through appropriate signage located at each elevator access point. The elevator is inspected pre- and post-stay for all renters. It was properly functioning prior to your arrival. Proceeding your stay, it was noted that the elevator was located on the garage level with the interior accordion safety door was not closed, which eliminates the use of the elevator which is also noted in the Welcome Guides. I am very sorry your felt the cleaning needs improvement. In the future, please feel free to communicate this so we can resolve during your stay. However, I personally walkthrough and video record the property after it’s been cleaned for reference and consideration purposes. Please fee free to provide specific details so we may address and enhance the cleanliness for future parties. I apologize the beach was too far for your liking. Access points to the beach, which is across the street, is outlined through the E-Guide and Welcome Guide provided pre- and during check-in. Additionally, the complex's trash receptacles are located at a convenient, centralized location within 50 walking steps from the front door. Its location in comparison to the condo is outlined via a map and verbal instructions provided in the E-Guide and Welcome Guide. I apologize your vacation overall, did not meet your standards. Most rental properties require tenants to take out their trash prior to departure, start the dishwasher, and if the property includes a linen service, leave the dirty towels and linens in a centralized location. While this is typical of industry standards, we would be happy to accommodate these items for you at an additional charge as noted in the E-Guide and Welcome Guide. The Higgins Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach July 20-23, 2023

First, I want to thank the host, Chris, for his assistance prior to and while staying in his Condo during our first Vacation for the Higgins Family of Alabama and Georgia. We found the Condo to be very clean and tidy. It was more beautiful in person than the website pictures. Thanks again for the heads up about utilizing the elevator. All the need to know information provided prior to our visit was spot on, and it was exactly the same information he provided in his "read and need to know booklet" at the Condo. So glad Chris warned us about the uninvited pests (ants) that will invade the place given you leave any kind of food out in the kitchen. We accidently left our pancake syrup bottle, even though closed up, on the kitchen table. Returning to the place about 6 hrs. later, needless to say that ants had taken over that bottle. Some frantic clean up and we did not make that mistake again. Take care Chris and thank you again for our wonderful stay. We will definitely want to book with you again.

The house is nice we enjoyed our stay. The outside hose was busted there was one in garage i was able to install. Our last night there the breaker to living room kept tripping so we decided to leave and drive 6 1/2 hours home through night as to deal with that but all in all it is nice house and very close walking distance to beach access
