Located 40 km north of Kolari, 1.5 km from Jounin Kauppa, 1 km from Lake Äkäslompolo, and 1.5 km from the swimming area, with ski trails starting almost next door.

This apartment is on the upper floor of an apartment hotel built in 2006. The apartment area is 44 m², including an 11 m² loft. It features a combined kitchen/living room, two beds in the downstairs alcove, and two beds in the loft bedroom. There is an electric sauna, shower/WC. The ground floor of Yllästar 2 includes a laundry room and ski maintenance area. There is a private storage space for the apartment. The window view overlooks the wooded side of the yard, not the parking area.

Pets are not allowed, but they were permitted by the previous owner, so the apartment is not completely allergy-free.
