Holiday home in a quiet area
The detached holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Srednje Grčevje, 455 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottage Janko & Metka is located on a quiet and peaceful vineyard hill above Otočec. The cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view of the surrounding hills and Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
