Objekt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen; erhöhter Renovierungsbadarf. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, im Hochsommer nicht so vorteilhaft. Küche nur spärlich ausgestattet, z.B. Spülmaschine nicht angeschlossen

Betten knarren gruselig, Ameisen ...

Betten knarren gruselig, Ameisen (wenn auch recht nette) wohnen unter der Küchenzeile und im Rolladenkasten. Küchenausstattung könnte einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher gebrauchen. Ansonsten Top, Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Super Aussicht !
