Poor description and rude owners made thisdisappointing

Property right next to a busy/ noisy road which isn’t mentioned in description. Fridge all iced up so did not keep food cold and milk went off. One fan kept overheating so could not be left on. Other fan was on ceiling and very inefficient for the summer heat. Wrong property number provided and did not get into property until 2 hours after agreed time, despite ringing owner in advance as agreed. When the owners husband eventually turned up he did not really understand us and was quite rude. Also had to phone owner several times and she was also rude and kept changing time she would come to property. Not impressed at all. We spent as little time as possible in apartment and would not use this company again.
