Our stay was great nice big house plenty of room and bathrooms decorated nicely that made the kids feel more at home with out getting home sick staying for a week
Nice quiet street not a lot of traffic & private
hot tub & pool table made the evenings fun
When I had a few questions about finding the outside switches for the lower decking lights she got right back with me and was very helpful with info about the property and things to do in the area we enjoyed our stay thanks to you
This house is a hidden gem! There were 6 ladies and we had more than enough space. Our favorite area is the outdoor oasis! The pool, hot tub and tiki bar with the karaoke machine kept us entertained.
The home was clean and Summer was super responsive! One of my favorite visits thus far! Highly recommended!

Pool was smelling bad, septic was smelling bad, not wifi, not cable, grill very dirty. But overall is a good spot.
While we loved our stay at this home, there are a couple of points that we wish we would have known prior. The first being, the stairs! So many stairs to get to and from the pool. Each thing to do was at least one or two or three steps up/down from another... the hot tub, the hammock, the bar area, the pool. Be prepared for stairs if this is an issue for you.
There is a musty odor to the house upon entry, but like other reviewers have said, you get used to it fairly quickly. The house just needs to air out, but with the heat and humidity during our stay, that was not possible. The freezer had food in it, and smelled like fish. Not sure what was up with that.
All that said, it is a beautiful home, with extremely comfortable beds. The furniture layout worked fine for the 3 of us, but could be difficult to lounge in the same area if there are more of you. We hung out primarily in the 3 season porch that just has a chair and loveseat. Note, while you can technically see the pool from the porch, you can not sit and view the swimmers. If you have good swimmers, but still wish to keep an eye on them, expect to be outside with them.
Lots of fast food options and door dash does deliver, but not much in the way of decent sit down restaurants.
Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend to others.

House was nice - host not so much
This home was in the same condition as the photos, so we were looking forward to the week long stay we had booked. About two hours after check in we discovered there was an electric current running through the pool. We requested the host send out someone and she told me to call 911. I told her they don’t treat pools. Her reply was “I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m a simple homeowner”. I told her to call an electrician and she did. He showed up the next morning - and discovered voltage running through the pool and upon further investigation said the lighting and wiring for the outside pool area was done with interior electrical components - so something was not grounded. He instructed us to leave the breakers off for the outside area lighting - which we were happy to do as it made the pool safe. We discovered the hot tub was also taken offline - and informed the host that there wasn’t power to the hot tub. She said she reached out to the electrician and that those breakers could go back on. She instructed us to open the electrical panel next to the hot tub to switch them on. When my spouse did that - he ended up being attacked by red wasps and received three stings in a matter of seconds. I texted the host again that my spouse was injured - and then she insinuated I was making it up and wanted photographs of nests and my spouse’s injuries. Then she called me and started yelling and screaming saying we were the problem - that she has already spent $100 on an electrician to come out “to accommodate us” and now I wanted an exterminator because I was unwilling to spray LIQUID into the inside of an ELECTRICAL panel right after my spouse was stung. . She told us to leave because all we had done was complain. After a 3 way call where the host threatened to hang up on the VRBO agent - our family made the choice to end our stay 5 days early without a refund. If you stay here please please please only communicate with the host through the VRBO platform. Since she told us to leave over the phone and not the messaging system she was able to get away with it and keep our money. We rebooked another property close by - thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rebooked this other property for another week next month we had such a great time. So book with caution and keep all communication on the platform
WORST HOST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH (RECOMMEND VRBO REMOVE THIS HOST)
The house is very nice/comfy! there are 3 beds on main floor. kitchen nicely applianced, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Only 1 bed has a streaming TV. yard beautiful! lots patio steps. The main bedroom/guest room did not have any dresser to put your clothes in. the main bed had a closet that the light kept flashing so you could not see. The house was found unlocked, air conditioned nicely when arrived. The interior smelled fresh from the air fresheners. There were several trash bags at the end of driveway from previous renter and 1 barrel jam packed full. Our 1st night there was no hot water. The pool was blue yet cloudy, the pool robot was inoperable and tangled by pool. the spa was overfilled, with white scumline around inside of shell. 1 spa pillow was missing. the spa bromine floater was on the ground near a torn tarp, spa water was grayish with dirt on seats and very cloudy. water was not clear at all. Grill filthy. The next morning we woke up to power outage. made first contact to the host to let them know. the host notified us that the Dryer was not working and they were waiting on a part. For the first 4 days we used the laundry in town and had to buy a new propane tank as tank at property was empty. The next day a noticeable sewage smell was apparent through yard. host said someone was already out there but she would send another person. smelled for 10 dys. Also asked for pool tech since pool was cloudy and no chlorine was on site to treat pool/spa. We also asked about package that we had shipped for our stay that was a cast covering for swimming. it was no where to be found. we were told housekeeper locked it in she shed. When housekeeper arrived on 3rd day, she took our package out of her private car. sewage tech was there 2 days digging out sewage cap. pool cleaner came but only brought muriatic acid and 3 bags shock. no chlorine, no salt no other sanitizer. pool /spa was not cleaned. spa broke down with 4 days remaining. host offered 1 free week in future but we felt a $600 credit for all the issues on this trip was an appropriate solution. We also contact vrbo for help with host issues. Since then we have been harrassed, sent bill for $1775 for hot tub circuit board, missing decor, carpet cleaning from diapered and crated dog which she approved. also calls yelling at us that her lawyer will call us. unbelievable! scamming host with unproven claims on innocent people she kept insisting on a cc after we booked.now i know
My family and I had the most amazing vacation at this house! The backyard is filled with stuff to do and the pool was so relaxing~ my teenage daughters loved the karaoke machine and my husband loved the hammock!!! Looking forward to returning again!
We had a really wonderful time just taking a break and visiting as a family. From my 80 year old mother to 1 year old granddaughter, we had a large group of 13 and the only real issue was seating everyone for a meal indoors. Luckily, we only had 1 day of rain, so spent most of our time outside anyway. The amenities we very nice. We would love to stay again!
We really enjoyed our family time at the house
Swimming during the day and playing pool in the evening
There was plenty of space for us and everything you need is at the house
Will definitely visit again!
My family stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding that was close by. This house was very nice. It was clean, the pool and hot tub was amazing and my family really enjoyed the friendly competition on the pool table. Summer was very accommodating to any question that I had. We would all definitely recommend staying here.
The inside of this gem is filled with luxury and the owner's attention to detail. They left a few lights on as we arrived very late plus there were several nightlights on which was a nice warm touch as we got familiar with the layout. All the bath rugs and many bed pillows were ultra plush UGG. Bath accessories included Bath & Body Works, Argan Oil and Tea Tree. My husband insisted it was the most comfortable bed he's ever slept on. 2 of the 3 beds upstairs have 3-inch mattress toppers which if you've never tried - the super comfy sleep you get will convince you 3-inch toppers are worth every cent. The bed in the FABULOUS man cave downstairs is an adjustable bed with massage!! My son raved about how comfortable that bed was. Not even 5 star hotels offer all these comforts. The owner, Summer, was very responsive and helped us make adjustments to the rental when my daughter decided to bring her puppy. The owner left dog bowls, a crate and a baby gate which was very helpful to limit where the puppy could go. Another nice surprise was the cozy lounge chairs and hammock underneath the sun-room as the current photo does not show off the great setup. Plus there are two swinging chairs on the property - just so many little nooks for you to hide out and relax in. Absolutely beautiful property filled with trees and flowers and birds. The kitchen was FULLY stocked - even a boatload of condiments. The owner had opened the pool April 15, but it was unusually cold the weekend we visited in May, so we didn't swim in the pool, but the water didn't feel that cold. We did enjoy a dip in the hot tub. The only downer was a slight odor we noticed in the upstairs when we arrived, but after 30 minutes, we didn't notice it anymore. Perhaps a good air-out or some air fresheners would help. Despite that - this home still gets 5 stars. I truly hope my daughter makes it back to regionals again next year, because we definitely want to come back to this home for another stay!
