The apartment

In March 2017 begins the story of the holiday apartment Bollenhut. After the purchase, the apartment, we have completely renovated this with a lot of love. From an oak rustic apartment from the 70's to a bright, friendly, modern and stylish apartment. You will be impressed!

The corridor:
In the small corridor, with wardrobe and shoe bench, it is first time comfortably arrive.

The living room / dining room:
Is an open-plan light room with a large panoramic window and a wonderful view into the nature of the Hochschwarzwald. Here we have placed great emphasis on beautiful materials, furniture and accessories.

A new dining table with four beautiful black and white chairs is the ideal place for breakfast, eating, relaxing or playing games.

The large sofa invites you to linger, read and relax. It can also be converted into an additional sleeping possibility for 2 persons.

On the wall hangs the large 55 "UHD flat screen with many satellite programs and smart connection.

With many details, we have designed the room very nicely.

The kitchen:
The open kitchen is a wonderful place to cook. It is equipped with a modern coffee machine (fully automatic coffee machine incl. Milk frother), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, water cooker, stirrer and much more. fitted.

The bedroom:
The highlight of the bedroom is the cozy, large (180x200) boxspring bed.

The bathroom:
In the great bathroom with floor heating, bathtub and shower, you have your personal wellness area.

The attachment:
The entire spa hotel Schluchsee object is designed for use as a holiday home. A heated swimming pool with sun loungers and sunbathing lawns is available between 7am and 10pm (from 1pm to 3pm). The sauna can be used for a small fee, as well as the in-house gym with all equipment. There are washing machines and dryers, a ski room, a reading corner, a community room with billiards, table kicker and table tennis table (table tennis rackets in the apartment).

So you also have plenty of possibilities if the weather should not play. This is why there are two large umbrellas as well as various company games.

The apartment is on the third floor, but it is accessible by the terrace from the nearest car park in just a few steps and only one staircase. Right next to the entrance is the elevator with which also people with walking aid can reach the apartment effortlessly. From the elevator it is only only a few steps to the apartment door.

Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. An underground car park can be booked on request.

The Apartment:

The story of our holiday apartment "Bollenhut" started in March 2017.

"Bollenhut" is the name of the typical Black Forest has with the red pompoms.

After buying the apartment we completely refurbished it with great attention to detail. Now it is bright and stylish. We hope you will enjoy it!

In the hall you'll find a wardrobe and shoe cabinet.

The living and dining room has a large panoramic window furnished the Black Forest.

A new dining table with two black and white chairs is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just for sitting, talking or playing games.

The comfortable couch invites you to relax, read or watch TV.

The couch can be changed into a double bed.

The kitchen is the perfect place to have you want to cook.

We have a modern coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, toaster, water kettle and everything else you can wish for.

The bedroom is one of the highlights with its king-size boxspring bed by Crown Beds. The 37 cm high quality mattress ensures you sleep like a baby and rest comfortably.

These accommodations are also found in the Waldorf Astoria hotels!

There is a spacious wardrobe in the bedroom.

Location:

The Kurhotel Schluchsee is built as a holiday village.

The heated swimming pool has sun loungers and an outside lawn area which can be used from 7 am to 10 pm. The pool can not be used between 1 pm to 3 pm.

Sauna and fitness studio can be used for a small fee.

There are washing machines and a dryer, a ski room, a corner with books to read, a communal room with table tennis and table football. Table tennis bats can be found in the apartment.

There are lots of possibilities. We provide umbrellas and family games in the apartment.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Because of the terraced construction of the building it is just a floor above parking level. There is also an elevator.

Parking is free outside. There is a garage in front of you.
