Superb ground floor apartment with parking included located on 3rd Avenue in Limoilou close to all amenities. You can enjoy this superb district of Quebec with its restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. You have all the essential elements in this apartment with the typical character of the neighborhood.

The accommodation is typical of Limoilou's apartments. On one side, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath / shower. On the other you have the kitchen at the back with an island for cooking. You then have a large open area with the dining room and the living room which includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, the sheets are inside.

You have access to all amenities by foot. You can therefore forget your car in the included parking place at the back of the apartment for the duration of your stay. You are also close to all the main buses to go to Old Quebec or Down Town for fun.

Lovely spot in trendy Limoilou. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Not the best appointed kitchen for cooking, but enough to make do. Hosts were very responsive and good communicators. Happy to recommend.

One week

I was there for one week to attend the Quebec senior games. The place was adequately equipped and clean. There were several small maintenance issues, burnt out lights, plumbing draining, toilet leaking, worn rug, screens missing and handles need replacing. The owner does not communicate through texting. This is a main floor unit so access is easily available from the back and front.

Limoilou apartment

The outside of apartment was overgrown with garbage can in the middle of the sidewalk to door. There were no shades on the back windows, so at night anyone could see in- the doors, both front and back are made of glass (not a good safety feature). There were no facial tissues or paper towels to wipe things down. The inside was very clean, although the area was not what was expected.

Séjour à Limoilou , Québec

Système d’air climatisé un peu désuet , pour le confort et la tranquillité le propriétaire devrait songer sérieusement à installer un thermopompe . Toutes le bouteilles de savon - shampoing était dilué avec de l’eau , expérience peu agréable. Pour le restant tout était parfait , lits confos , bel emplacement , beau choix de commerces à proximité . J’y retournerais et je n’hésiterais à le recommander pour les gens qui aiment la vie de Quartier .

Super bien facile de réserver pas de problème pour entrer dans l'appartement petit bémol c'est un vieux bloc donc les plancher crack beaucoup et je ne sais pas si les voisins du 2 étage qui avait loué en même temps que nous sent rendait compte car il sont arriver vers 23h le soir on fait du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin et a 6h il sont partis en fesant autant de bruit que quand il sont arrivé. Sinon très belle appart , saq a côté, boulangerie en face (croissant chaud pour déjeuner ) nexflix et disney ( les enfants etait content).
