What a lovely place for a beach escape! My husband and I stayed for five nights and found ourselves wishing for a place just like this one, so close to the beach. It was nice sitting outside on the balcony with our morning coffee. Thanks to our hosts for providing plenty of things most other rentals miss, like extra toilet paper and paper towels! There were also plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We did run into one issue with a broken beach chair, but the hosts fixed us up right away. Thanks for the stay! We highly recommend this place and will return the next time we're looking to escape to the beach!

Lovely Jacksonville Beach Condo

Spring Break

We loved the location of the condo. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. My only complaints would be the pull out couch mattress( not very comfortable), and the pool area needs an update, especially the furniture.Overall though we would stay again. Thank you!

Perfect little spot

This was such a great little place for us on our way through Florida. The condo is clean, stylish, and so convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Inside, this place has everything you need and more. It’s the little touches (beach chairs, robes, flavored creamer, etc) that makes this place special. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Right on the beach!

Right on the beach in the middle of what JAX beach has to offer. The condo may not have a direct view of the beach, but it is wonderfully decorated and has everything you could need for your stay!

Great location close to the beach

It was a great location, seemed to be a quiet area of the beach. Right next to the public park which did have homeless people day and night but they kept to themselves. Would loved to have had a blender in the kitchen for smoothies, but other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Dunes on 1st street is our newly renovated condominium here in Jax Beach. We are all locals here to Jax and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for all who choose to stay at our humble abode. With back grounds focused in business and management, we aim to provide the best experience possible to all our guests. We went for a boho beach style with an emphasis on retro beach vibes. It would be our pleasure to host you here, at the Dunes on 1st street.

Why they chose this property

We are a fairly quiet and relaxing street, located next door to the oceanfront park and UNF Art Center. Looking from your private balcony you can watch the sunrise while sipping on your morning cup of coffee. You may also have street view to see many of our friendly neighbors walking their dogs, jogging or riding a bike down 1st street. Private walkway to beach is conveniently located to the right of our clean and sparkly pool.

Located off the main-road this location is walking distance from variety of restaurants and shopping. We are also just a few blocks from our neighborhood Starbucks!
