It was horrible experience. OWNER SHOULD BE DELISTED

Booking and money: After booking, the owner asked me to get the insurance then again asked me to upgrade the insurance, costing me extra bucks. Check-in: Provided me with wrong check-in information. Bugs: the place was full of bed bugs and cockroaches. Drainage: The kitchen sink was getting clogged easily and had leakage underneath. Same scenario with the bathroom basin . AC: window AC’s condensing moisture in the drawing room. Post trip: After the trip, now the owner is asking me more money for additional 4 guests though I booked this place for 5 persons. Overall a mental torture we have experienced.

Since the beginning of the reservation it had issues, such as no Damage Insurance. VRBO didn't charge you for Damage Insurance. Reason I asked you to purchase the CSA damage insurance. You also had to get the right coverage. Upon reconciling your account we noticed VRBO had not charge you correct amount based on the total guests in your group. Can you please pay your outstanding bill? Now, you're leaving us a discriminatory, nasty, and false review. You never complaint once via VRBO Inbox nor text message. All documented. Arpita, have committed libel and tortious interference. If you do not have this review removed immediately we will be suing you for defamation and loss of income cause by your false review. Govern yourself accordingly.
