Property was perfect for what we needed. Communication with host PRIOR to stay was fine, but when we lost hot water over our weekend stay, the host was not responsive. Appeared a bot acknowledged our first message regarding the issue and asked for some follow up information. We adjusted our plans to return to the property and get the requested information. We did not hear from the host again for over 24 hours (and that was after several attempts at contacting him). Because of that, we only had hot water 1 out of our 3 day stay. Unacceptable for the price we paid.

Appartement de surface correcte mais très mal aménagé, sur le descriptif garage et micro onde annoncés, ine instants, très peu de couverts et assiettes, 1 casserole et une poêle pour faire la cuisine sur 3 semaines, le support de la douche cassé, le mobilier est de très mauvaise qualité, acheté dans magasin discount, la chaudière est tombée en panne 4 fois, un technicien est passé pour remettre de l eau mais pas pour réparer, bref un dossier pour demande d indemnisation est en cours mais pas de nouvelle pour le moment
