Cabin was easy to find and in a great location. It’s out of town but still close enough if you need anything. Cabin was as described and very clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking a big meal. Love the fact that it sits by itself and not in one of the areas where they are stacked on top of each other. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
The house had plenty of space for two families. The layout gave adults and kids their own hang out areas. A wonderful, unexpected surprise was finding the house decorated for Christmas! We would all gladly return again if the opportunity arises.

Fall Staycation
We chose this cabin for our fall staycation with family friends. The listing says 3 bathrooms but it’s 2.5. Not a huge deal for our families, but just sharing that info. The GPS directions for us were hit or Miss but James directions were great. Overall we had a great time.
A group of us went on a cycle trip to the Smokey Mountain area. This home is beautiful and well kept. Didn't have any issues. Location is good. Away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, meanwhile just a short drive to everything. Plenty of trees for privacy from other houses. The driveway/parking area is a mixture of flat and slope, but plenty of flat parking for five to seven bikes. Everyone in the group thought it was a wonderful place and would stay here again. Did NOT have a huge crazy chore list to do at check out.
Beautiful cabin with a great view. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The cabin had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the porch swings. The owner was very attentive. He even sent the kids a large connect 4 game to play during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
The cabin was beautiful, better than advertised.
Jame’s was a super host. Not only did he go above and beyond to accommodate my family, but he was also very informative on things to do in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
The place and James were great, but we had a small issue. The basement AC did not work when we came and 2 bed rooms were in basement so 1 day we were sleeping without AC and with temp high as 100, it’s hard to sleep. They fixed it the next day. Other then that, all was well.
This property was perfect for my large family. The separate living spaces made it easy to kick back and enjoy. It has everything we needed and was nestled on a beautiful property not too far but just far enough from Pigeon Forge. The large property made it a wonderful experience. The wildlife we saw included fish in the pond, turkeys, rabbits, chipmunks, lots of birds, geese, and more bunnies.
