L'appt est propre et bien rangĂ©. Gros bĂ©mol sur le confort : - chbre est situĂ©e cĂŽtĂ© rue donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre en raison du traffic important sur cette route. - odeur d'Ă©gout remonte dc aĂ©ration permanente - un vieux clic-clac dont la housse n'a semble t-il pas Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ© dep lgtps et les vieilles couvertures fournies Ă©taient tĂąchĂ©es - ballon eau chaude installĂ© ds l'armoire de la chbre dc peu de rangement - dĂ©co surannĂ©e 2 chaises et 2 tabourets en bois dur...
