Beautiful home in South Anchorage

Experience the beauty of Alaska's wildlife in the comfort of the luxurious amenities this house offers. With heated floors, a fully equipt kitchen, large patios and lots of room to entertain, this house is perfect for large groups and special events.
The master suite is a treat on its own, with a newly remodeled bathroom that has a walk in shower, air tub and a heated towel rack, you will never want to leave your room. The best part of it is that the room is located on its own floor.

This house is 3 story, has 2 living rooms and a big kitchen perfect for large groups.

The main floor has the kitchen, formal living room, half bathroom and laundry.

The master Bedroom with a king size bed is located on the second floor. The bed frame has a headboard with built in speakers, reading lights and USB ports. The master bathroom has a bubbler tub, a walk in shower and a his and her vanity.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is located downstairs in the completed half basement, along with the 2nd full bathroom and living/media room.

4th bedroom may be available to guests upon request. This room is located next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

Guests must get a pre-approval to host any events more than 12 people (including anyone on the reservation guest list). Failure to comply to this rule will be charged a penalty fee on top of any damages that may occur during their stay.

We had fantastic time here!

Big house to host our group for 9 persons, with all higher quality supply items our need to stay 8 days! Great location to access highway, convenient to shopping groceries. We had great time there. Check in and check out so convenience, contact owner got quick response and supported very well.

Family Vacation

It’s a beautiful house and overall it was a great stay. There were a couple of quirks that reduced it from 5 star. There was no top sheet, just a bottom sheet and a comforter. We had to move our vehicles 3 times during our stay to let someone get a vehicle out of the garage. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Love the location!

The house was just as described! Very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for heading north or south with easy access on #1 Seward Hwy. great kitchen for cooking those fresh fish that were caught! Couple of little things, but they were taken care of quickly. We did leave a newly purchased Alaska ball cap, which we would love to have shipped. Nicole please let me know if that’s possible. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Positives-Black out curtains in the bedrooms, plenty of chairs to sit outside. Games for indoor and outdoor. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of towels for all guests. Nice kitchen and dining area to hang out I would stay here again.Cons-Screen are not on all windows so we couldn't open most windows. We had 2 people sleeping on couches and there were no extra blankets in the house. Check in was at 4pm and when we arrived at 5:00 they were still there cleaning the house from the previous people. Could use more place settings and silverware in the kitchen. No propane for the fire pit outside. Had to move cars in drive thru so cars could be pulled out of garage
