Floor (no elevator) and offers a wonderful view. This 34m² one-room apartment offers a small kitchenette with complete equipment, a bathroom with shower / WC and a cozy living room / bedroom with Frenchbed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed. In addition to a desk for your correspondence, guests can enjoy views of the Christ Church and the "Am Holzhafen" park from the dining area in the glazed bay window.
