The entrance is on the upper floor and covered and leads over 4 steps and an internal stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Upper floor: Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and dryer.
Top floor: Common room 25 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 5 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) (appropriate only for children under 5 years). Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Eibenstock, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. +++The property is ideal for families with children.+++

A true children’s paradise, where play, nature and relaxation are perfectly combined. The holiday flat is located in a small residential estate on the outskirts of Eibenstock. From the balcony you can enjoy a direct view of the ski slope with lift system. The residential location offers the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes into the surrounding Ore Mountains, with their numerous peaks and reservoirs. Access is via a side road or a mountain road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

The Kuhberg in the surrounding area offers ideal conditions for hiking and invites you to enjoy pleasant walks in nature. In winter: Ski lift 800 m in Eibenstock. Ski area 800 m in Eibenstock (Skiarena Eibenstock). Eibenstock: cross-country trail 200 m and ski hire, ski school, toboggan run each 800 m. Ice skating in Schönheide 3 km.
