Arco is located in the heart of Garda Trentino. On one side Arco overlooks Lake Garda, on the other it is protected by the mountains. It is renowned as a place of rest and treatment, thanks to the mild climate, clean and healthy air and a panoramic position on the lake.

Pratosaiano is a small fraction of Arco, located 1.5 km from the historic center. The residence is surrounded by a private fenced park and swimming pool. Ideal for families, sportsmen, and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The residence is immersed in the greenery of a private park (17,000 m2). The park is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, you will be provided with a remote control to enter and park your cars. Inside there is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful path for your walks. The residence consists of 5 apartments. each apartment has an independent entrance. Pets are allowed only with specific request.

Exactly as described. A great base for an active holiday. Only downside are the mosquitoes, but not enough to put me off coming again.

Objekt war sauber. Es war aber nicht ganz beschrieben, in welcher Etage sich die Wohnung befindet. Für 6 Personen war eine 2-Personen-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und vor unserer Wohnung war lediglich ein kleiner Vorraum, um draußen zu sitzen. Hier war lediglich ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen und man musste sich den Vorraum mit der daneben befindlichen Wohnung teilen. Unsere Wohnung war im Dachgeschoss, so dass wir alles, um gemeinsam draußen sitzen zu können 3 Treppen hinunter tragen mussten. Ansonsten war Außenbereich super, Grill und Pool konnten wir jederzeit benutzen. Der Vermieter hat schnell reagiert, als unsere Tür wegen niedriger Batterie nicht mehr aufging.

Es ist herrlich in der Ferienwohnung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Sauber, ruhig und eine sehr gute Lage. Wir sind mit Motorrädern angereist und haben die Umgebung für Touren genutzt.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, ruhig und gepflegt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Evtl. wäre ein Toaster noch ein gutes Ausstattungsdetail. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!!

Toller Familienurlaub

Saubere klimatisierte Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man braucht. Das parkartige Grunstück ist umzäunt und für kurze Spaziergänge sind Wege angelegt. Highlight ist der große Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Herrlich nach einem sportlichen Tag den Pool am Abend nutzen zu können (mit angenehmer Temperatur).

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Anlage die sich einen kleinen Wäldchen versteckt. Der Pool so wie die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind super. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und beantwortet gerne alle Fragen. Für Kids ist es eine tolle Unterkunft. Das einzige was sehr nervig ist, sind die Stechmücken.

sehr angenehme Anlage mit Platz

Das Appartementhaus liegt in einem grossen, sehr schön gestalteten, Grundstück. Alles ist liebevoll gepflegt. Ein grosser, sauberer Pool, ein Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten, Parkplätze - alles ist vorhanden. Innen hat das Dach-Appartement einen grossen Wohnraum und ein grosses Schlafzimmer. Lediglich die 2 kleineren Schlafzimmer sind spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen selbst in der Anlage und halten alles gut in Schuss. Selbst Nachts baden war erlaubt - natürlich ohne dabei Lärm zu veranstalten. Für Familien eine prima Möglichkeit. Nach Riva oder Torbole sind es jedoch ca 10 Fahrminuten, so daß die Anlage sich für Gruppen anbietet, die mobil sind und die Gegend erkunden wollen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet u d sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und weitläufig und beherbergt Vögel, Palmen, Bäume. Manchmal war die Umgebung etwas laut, wahrscheinlich die Industrieanlage in der Nähe, an manchen Tagen war es ruhig. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Schöne Unterkunft für Familien

Schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage, wenn man in der Umgebung wandern oder klettern möchte. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen super. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre gut.
