Widgi Creek Golf Course 18th Fairway Luxury 3 BR/3 BA New Townhome

Bend always has plenty of great activities to keep everyone in the family busy. Widgi Creek is located next to the Deschutes River and only 15 miles from Mount Bachelor. This is a beautiful area with one of the best golf courses in the Bend area.

This townhouse offers everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. The vaulted ceilings and 38 windows give an open and bright feel to the home. The outside decks overlook the 18th fairway and pond and in the summer is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

There are two master bedroom suites in this 2,550 sq ft townhome, one on the main floor with a queen-size bed and bath with walk-in tiled shower and separate tub. The second master is on the second floor and has a king-size bed and tiled walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom is located on the main level with a queen bed and a tub/shower combination. There is also a queen inflatable available with all linens. The upstairs loft has a desk.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with many essential and non-essential kitchen gadgets. The kitchen and dining area have slate flooring and seating for up to eight. The inside laundry room with washer and dryer opens into the two-car garage. The outside deck features a gas barbecue, table and chairs along with built-in seating all along the outside. There is also an upper deck over looking the pond and golf course.

Bend is famous for its year-round outdoor activities. This home is close to the Deschutes River, national forest, golf, and more. We are located just 7 miles from a sno-park that offers snowmobile rentals and miles of snowmobile trails.

My two close cousins and I were looking for a small retreat to celebrate 4 decades of spinning around the sun and Alan's property at Widgi Creek Golf Course was perfect. There's a deck that overlooks the greens, loads of closet space for anyone looking to stay long term, and the kitchen is well laid out, with sharp knives, and ample lighting. We all wanted to stay just a little bit longer but sadly life called us back to reality. I love that Widgi is just far enough outside of Bend that it feels truly out of the way, but it's close enough that going into Bend for activities isn't a giant ordeal. I'll definitely be back to this place, thanks again for all your hospitality Alan!

Beautiful townhome and beautiful location! We were looking for a quiet getaway and this didn't disappoint! The spacious townhome has a great layout and was well appointed and comfortable. We loved cooking in the fantastic kitchen. The location was perfect with a lovely view overlooking the 18th fairway. There is a pond directly across the street in the front which adds to the beauty of this location. Alan, our host, was very responsive and gracious. This is now one of our favorite rentals and we would definitely return. We highly recommend and would rate it a 10 out of 10!

Great home away from home

This was our first time staying in Widgi Creek and we really loved Alan's townhome -- it is beautifully situated on the 18th hole of the golf course with sweeping views of the pines and nearby pond. Very tranquil and serene. Although it's a townhome with a shared wall, it felt completely private. The home is extremely well-stocked, tons of space for our family of three to spread out, and the beds were super comfy. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. We enjoyed lounging by the fireplace after our days out hiking and exploring Bend. It's great being away from town and feeling the peace and quiet of the surroundings while still knowing you're a 5-10 minute drive away from stores, restaurants, breweries etc. We would highly recommend Alan's place and have plans to return.
