New Chez Martin-Appartement cosy Timone

Our accommodation is nestled in a quiet and very well-connected neighbourhood. It is located 400 m from La Timone Hospital, an 8-minute walk from Blancarde station, 2 minutes from the Saint-Martin tramway stop, 750 m from the universities and a 15-minute walk from La Conception.

You can easily reach the Stade Vélodrome by metro or the Old Port by tramway. You are also not far from the Palais Omnisports.

All local shops are less than 100 m away: pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer and tobacconist.

Our studio was renovated in 2024.
With its beautiful high ceiling, this fully comfortable space offers a mezzanine where you can stand upright, creating a separate bedroom area with a dressing area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a Tassimo coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and storage space.

The living area is equipped with a sofa bed for one person, a television, a dining table and a workspace.

It is located on the 7th floor with a lift. However, access to the lift requires climbing a few steps beforehand.

Dogs are welcome, limited to one dog per reservation. An additional fee of €30 will be charged on top of your reservation to cover extra cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear, or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be billed separately or deducted from the security deposit.


We are available 7 days a week by phone, messaging and SMS.

Our accommodation is accessible via self check-in from 3:00 p.m.

You must inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Early arrival at 12:00 p.m.: €25
Early arrival at 1:00 p.m.: €20
Late check-out at 12:00 p.m.: €25
