The place was very nice. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool all week because it was so cold. The pool was the number one reason why we selected the place so it was a major disappointment that we could not use it with the kids. Really left a lot of unfilled downtime.
The place was perfect for our family (4 kids). Great location and made it easy to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Kids enjoyed having evenings to swim, use hot tub, or play in the game area.
The view was excellent from all 3 deck levels. The property was very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities. Host was responsive to communication. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to check in. Would recommend this property to others. Easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great location for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The property is just as beautiful as the photos. The location and views were perfect. However, the cleanliness of the cabin could use some serious attention. The cleaning service used should be REPLACED immediately. Dingy, dirty, bleached, soiled linens and towels should never be reused guest after guest. In one of the upstairs bedrooms there were items left in drawers from previous guests, the bedroom on the main floor had visibly soiled sheets on the bed, with the quilt pulled up. All of the beds were full of dust that could easily be removed with a vacuum. The entire cabin could use a detailed dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. The property shows some wear and tear that should be addressed. Cracked doors in one of the upstairs room, a missing bar stool, and rusted vents in the bathroom in the pool area. The AC wasn’t working which caused us to not have air for over 23 hours. If these issues were resolved, I would definitely rate this cabin 5 stars with no hesitation about booking in the future.
Had a wonderful time at this cabin for our family vacation! Location is perfect between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The views are amazing! Loved watching the sunrise & sunsets on the decks. Great communication with the hosts throughout our stay! The washing machine stopped working and owners got right on it and had a new unit right away. Would definitely recommend this cabin! Thank you Justin & Cassandra for letting us stay at your cabin and making wonderful family memories!

OUR STAY
Great view, Cabin was nice. Cabin was a little dirty, dusty & we did find some old laundry under the bed. Parking was very tight on some occasions we didn't have a parking space. Overall, it was a nice stay.
The house is great, is incredibly well stocked and easy to find. Nice location within a couple of minutes of Pigeon Forge. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, the views were great and the community was very quiet.
Great cabin sits between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge.. Location is perfect
Great place to stay. A little more time in the cleaning department and we would rate this as perfect. We will stay again. Property managers are very nice and very helpful. Thanks again we had wonderful trip.
House was beautiful. Location was perfect. Right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Had to contact Justin only twice and he responded in minutes. Highly recommend this property.
Beautiful property! Just as expected from listing. Hosts were easily accessible and very helpful with any questions we had. Was a great place for neighborhood friends to get away and have a peaceful spring break!!!
This house was in the perfect location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. And it’s gorgeous! My kids had a great time playing in the pool and with the games. My husband and I loved the beautiful views and sitting out on the deck with our coffee. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The location was perfect being between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The pool was a little small but the kids didn't care, they had fun. Wish we would have brought a couple more pool toys. Kitchen is nicely stocked but the fridge is a little tight on space. The drive & roads are decent, a little narrow in some places but not bad at all.
Cabin was awesome , very roomy and everything was nice and clean. The problem we had was the chlorine in the pool was very overpowering! I sent a message on Tuesday and got no response at all the rest of our stay so we had to deal with it !! It caused burning in our eyes and coughing ! So we pretty much had to stay out of the pool area!! The home was Nice and the area and no complaints other than the pool! It would have been nice to get a response !
The only thing that was less than appealing was the blackstone. It was clear some before us hadn’t take the best care. The house was pretty clean. There was a cup on one of the decks but otherwise it looked nice. It was a busy crowded weekend so most of the time we had to park diagonal in front of the door as both our neighbors had lots of big vehicles taking all the parking space entirely. In fact upon arrival I thought we were at the wrong cabin due to no parking. After the first few days neighbors changed and parking was plenty! Host communication was great. The view is better than imagined! I spent much of my time in both living rooms embroidering my little heart out while looking at the mountains. Pool was warm and kept our 16 year old plenty busy for his bday. It was clean and nice. The beds were absolutely amazing! I have hard time sleeping in beds that are not my own but I had no troubles at all! Sadly I did forget my pillows there. But it’s the first vrbo where I was 100 percent satisfied with beds Only other negative is the room to the left at top of the stairs the door didn’t latch. So it had to be propped close. Wasn’t an issue for our party as we just had the 16 year old there. Our party was a size of 4. 73 year old mother in law, myself and husband, and our 16 year old son. Plenty of space for us all.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
I'd begin by saying the cabin is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the location is perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it very convenient. The cleanliness of the cabin was questionable. While bathrooms all appeared very clean, the floors, furniture, and the kitchen were not. The cabinets and oven appeared as if they had never seen a sponge. I suspect the cabin is being maintained by a cleaning service. If so, I’d suggest the owner look to replace the service. We also had planned to make breakfast on the Blackstone but when we removed the cover from it realized it was also filthy as if it were not being maintained for quite a while. We ultimately chose not to use it. There was a lot of cookware but much of it had seen better days. The last item I would point out is that the lower level with the pool was so hot and humid it was difficult to breathe. There wasn’t an apparent way to adjust the temperature, so I messaged the owner but did not receive a response. The humidity was so thick that the half bath had condensation dripping from the ceiling vent and the entire ceiling vent was rusted so the water dripping below was staining the flooring. This cabin is still nice, but the ongoing care of it seems lackluster. We still had a great vacation in a beautiful location.

About the host
Hosted by Justin & Cassandra
My name is Justin and I have a wonderful wife named Cassandra. We purchased our charming cabin located in the serene countryside because we both share an enormous passion for nature and love to immerse ourselves in the great outdoors. We wanted a place where we could escape the noise and chaos of the city, unwind, and recharge our batteries.
As entrepreneurs, we have a keen interest in real estate and hospitality. Our cabin has become a place of solace and relaxation for us, and we love to share this experience with others. We have put a lot of effort into making our cabin as comfortable and cozy as possible. We have decorated it with rustic furniture, added a fireplace, and have all the amenities you could need.
We take great pride in being hospitable and strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. We hope that everyone who stays with us will feel the same appreciation for nature and tranquility that we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Despite being so close, the cabin is secluded. Did I mention the view?!
What makes this property unique
Nestled on the side of a picturesque mountain, our cabin offers breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The cabin is strategically situated so that you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while still being within a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which offer a plethora of attractions and conveniences. From the comfort of any level of the cabin, you can soak in the stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. The lower level of the cabin boasts a heated indoor pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring or simply relaxing and taking in the magnificent views.
