Modern Arlington Apartment ⍟ <1mile to AT&T

Two Bedroom/one bath upstairs apartment with option of pull out couch bed. Less than a mile from AT&T stadium. Minutes from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life Stadium, Texas Live. Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Full kitchen with basic pans/utensils provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Apartment is upstairs and is accessible by one flight of stairs.

Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am.

We will send all details including keypad code on day of check in at noon.
Wifi included.

Private parking available for two normal size cars in our lot off the street. Please ask prior to bringing additional vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks to ensure we have room to accomodate.

Our property is located less than one mile west of the AT&T stadium in an older neighborhood that locals are working to renovate. Please review the location prior to booking to ensure it fits your needs. We are within minutes of many attractions and University of Texas at Arlington.

Potential for noise due to being in the middle of a busy neighborhood in the metroplex - potential to hear other tenants as this is an apartment building. We do not allow pets, smoking, or drugs at any time. No events.

So close to stadium and entertainment.

Great location for the stadiums/six flags. Part of the neighborhood seemed kind of rough but for the price and location, I would stay here again.

Well at first everything went well, but later that night the power went our due to someone who took our a power pole so it was very uncomfortable with no ac. Wasn't the fault of the property manager.

Property was basically as represented, although there was damage to the interior that made it not seem as nice as what we were expecting. Basically great location and close to Old Arlington downtown and UTA which was nice and fun. Easy to get to stadiums and the airport. For what we needed it was good

The apartment was clean and the owner was very nice. We had no issues at all, just wish there had been more than 2 pillows on the bed ... I'm a 2 pillow sleeper! ;-)
