Cozy apartment in the DG in the Landhaus de Gaspary, the cozy wooden log house in Seehausen. Nice garden, quiet location near the lake. Living-dining room with a small kitchen corner, dining table, sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, balcony and additional garden terrace with seating. 2 televisions, own entrance with external stairs. Total area about 45 square meters. Cozy, warm, to linger and feel good. In the country house de Gaspary there are 2 apartments, the luxury app. Lake view on the top floor and on the ground floor a spacious apartment for up to 3 people. Einmal reicht!

Schlechte Innenbeleuchtung, von allen Wohnungen konnte man die Gespräche mithören, TV nur 3 Programme, Dach- fenster im Schlafzimmer regnet es rein, das andere Dachf. ist nicht ausstellbar, Ersatzhandtücher neu jedoch noch nicht gewaschen, kein direkter Ansprechpartner nach dem 2.Tag vor Ort. vorhandene Kochtöpfe waren für die Induktionsplatte nicht funktionsfähig, wurden nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin ausgetauscht. Eine Mietrückvergütung könnte erwartet werden!!

Viel Erholung in wunderschöner FeWo u Umgebung

Die Lage der FeWo ist wunderschön, Seenah, ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit vom Ort. Super war die eigene Terrasse u die Sitzecke auf dem Balkon. Der Empfang von der Vermieterin war herzlich u zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut, zum Kochen fehlte uns nur ein Backofen u ein größeres Fleischmesser, dafür konnte wir auf der FeWo eigenen Terrasse grillen. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen, heimeligen Wohnung sehr genossen, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Frau de Gaspary ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Gemütliches Dachappartment für Wanderwoche

Das gepflegte Appartement bietet alles was ich in meiner Urlaubswoche als Selbstversorger gebraucht habe - gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad, separates Schlafzimmer. See/Badestellen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof, Supermarkt zu Fuß oder per Rad. Als "Home-base" für Bergwanderungen durch die Nähe zu Oberammergau oder Garmisch super geeignet. Bei der Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter hat alles gut geklappt.
