Ruim huis met prachtige tuin met waterpartijen. Airconditioned en dat was ook zeker nodig bij 37 graden. Voorzien van rolluiken die de zon goed buiten hielden en 's nachts op ventileren konden worden gezet. Een sère die aan alle kanten open kan, zodat je ook binnen het gevoel hebt buiten te zitten.Mooi ingericht in jaren 60 stijl.Heel aardige eigenaresse die een zowel Frans als Engels beheerst, wat de communicatie makkelijk maakt. Moderne badkamer met grote douche. Ook als je niet al te goed kunt lopen, maar nog wel mobiel bent, kun je in dit huis goed uit de voeten.Ruime keuken met alle gemakken en apparatuur.Voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen wel oppassen met de waterpartijen en het abrupte, steile einde van de tuin.Omgeving is niet heel interessant: eentonige bossen, waarvan een deel afgebrand. De zee echter is vlakbij en prachtig.
