SSVR3-Cute 2nd Floor Apartment in Munising with a Balcony and Grill

Welcome to Munising, Michigan, the home of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Waterfalls, Boat Cruises, Scenic Tours, and some great Yooper Pasties! Located downtown close to all the local attractions this newly remodeled apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, full bath, open concept kitchen and living space, wifi, and cable tv. This unit also features an outside balcony with a grill and some seating. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. Please note that the heat is controlled by unit #2. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs, 2 dog limit and there is a $53/pet fee plus a one time $30 cleaning charge.
Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.

**PETS! Airbnb may only charge you for the 1st pet, you will be requested to send an additional $50 plus tax ($53) per pet. Our pet policy is $50/pet plus tax plus an additional one time cleaning charge of $30. If Airbnb does not collect this amount you are still responsible. We're respecting your pet, so please respect our pet policy. Clean up after your pet, please do not allow pets on furniture. Please keep kenneled if left alone. If your pet barks when you are gone, please do not leave it alone.

***There is a doorbell camera mounted at the back entryway outside.

***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.

*NO SNOWMOBILE or TRAILER PARKING* 1 PARKING SPACE PER RENTAL IN THE WINTER OUT BACK FOR FREE*

Great little apartment for either a couple, two couples, or a small family. Centrally located in downtown Munising made it an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and to the dock for any boat tours. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the in town location. We could walk to everything including the cruise. Very clean, great to have a coffee bar. Loved the deck and the updated bath. Great Central Spot

Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore was amazing, and this apartment was a great place to come back to after spending the day exploring waterfalls and beaches. Spacious for our family of three and small dog, and easy walking distance to all the central restaurants and shops.

Great stay here. Apartment was clean, the location was perfect, near restaurants and 2 breweries. Short walk to the water. Our unit had everything needed for the stay and we enjoyed the little electric fireplace - just enough to make it cozy!

Don’t get scared by the Hallway, this is a very nice, clean and beautiful flat. Comfortable sleep and everything worked well. We enjoyed munising but not much restaurant options.. we went to Marquette for exceptional dining..

Very Enjoyable

Well suited for a family of four, with 2 teens. Great location in town allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. Was a little concerned that noise from traffic and businesses would be a problem, but was very quiet. Munising and Pictured Rocks are absolute gems. Looking forward to returning to explore the area even more.

Great location

The apartment was very nice, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, walking to eateries and breweries. Very close driving to many hiking trails. The only negative would be the shower water temperature, it really didn't get very warm, however, the kitchen faucet was super hot.
